A2B Automotives LLC ("A2B," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through a2bautomotives.org, our rental inquiry process, customer-support conversations, and our text messaging program.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, rental request, requested dates, vehicle preference, messages, and documents needed to evaluate or administer a rental. We also maintain records of whether and when you consented to receive text messages.

Our website and hosting providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, timestamps, and security logs.

How we use information

Respond to rental inquiries and customer-support requests.
Check vehicle availability and administer rentals.
Send requested conversational and transactional communications.

Text messaging privacy

Mobile phone information, text-message consent records, and opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Customers opt in by initiating a text-message conversation with A2B Automotives. Website forms do not enroll customers in SMS messaging. Message frequency varies according to the customer-initiated conversation and support needed. Message and data rates may apply.

When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, communications, payment, security, analytics, or business-support services; when required by law or legal process; to protect customers, A2B, or others; or as part of a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for rental operations, customer service, consent records, legal obligations, disputes, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, Social Security numbers, passwords, or bank credentials through our website chat or text messages.

Your choices

You may opt out of A2B text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Children

Our services are intended for adults seeking transportation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
