SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the A2B Automotives Customer Care messaging program operated by A2B Automotives LLC.
Program description
This is a webhook-only, customer-initiated messaging program. When you send a text message to A2B, Twilio delivers that incoming message to our webhook so the Atubi virtual transportation assistant or an A2B staff member can respond to your request. Replies may concern rental inquiries, vehicle availability, applications, pickup or return appointments, payments, maintenance, safety, or customer support. A2B does not use this program to send marketing or promotional text-message campaigns.
How to opt in
You opt in only by sending a text message to A2B Automotives at (913) 407-7997 and requesting or continuing a customer-care conversation. By sending a message to this number, you request and consent to replies about your inquiry. A2B replies only in response to customer-initiated messages received through the Twilio webhook. Providing a phone number or submitting a form on a2bautomotives.org does not, by itself, enroll you in this messaging program. Consent to receive replies is not a condition of renting, purchasing, or receiving service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to the customer-initiated conversation and support needed. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan. A2B does not charge a separate fee for participating in the messaging program.
Opt out
Reply STOP to cancel text messages. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive additional program messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers
Delivery is subject to wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information and text-message consent data is described in the A2B Automotives Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may change or discontinue the messaging program or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
